2. Initial Consultation (90 minutes)

We’ll explore your health history, lifestyle, and goals. From there, I’ll design a bespoke nutrition and lifestyle plan with achievable, measurable steps to help you feel balanced and energised.

3. Research & Personalisation

I’ll review the latest scientific evidence and ensure all recommendations are safe, effective, and tailored to your individual needs.

4. Follow-Up Sessions (45 minutes)

We’ll assess progress, celebrate wins, and fine-tune your plan as your body begins to rebalance. You’ll receive ongoing guidance, recipes, and resources to help healthy choices become second nature.
